All units are QC'd prior to leaving our factory; and if one component is not working out of the box, it is most likely due to wire that shook loose from the switch panel during transit. Follow these instructions to check for loose wiring.


Step 1: Use the silver latch on the back of your 8070 Mytee Lite to open up the machine and access the wiring. 


Step 2: Inspect the wires going to your switch panel, making sure that each connector is firmly attached. If your vacuum motor is the affected component, we also recommend checking the red connection to the actual motor. 

Re-connecting any loose wire(s) should resolve the issue. If it does not, please review this article to ensure the switch to your component hasn't shorted or failed.
