All units are QC'd prior to leaving our factory; if one component is not operating out of the box, it is most likely due to a wire that shook loose from the switch panel during transit. Follow these instructions to check for loose wiring. 


IMPORTANT: Ensure the machine is unplugged before performing this procedure.


Step 1: Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the metal fasteners that connect the base of the unit to the blue solution tank. 


Step 2: Lift the solution and recovery tanks up and inspect the wires going to your switch panel, making sure that each connector is firmly attached. If your vacuum motor is the affected component, we also recommend checking the red connection to the actual motor. 


Re-connecting any loose wire(s) should resolve the issue. If it does not, please review this article to ensure the switch to your component hasn't shorted or failed.
