| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |

| No power. | Improper outlet. | Plug machine into proper 20 amp outlet. |
| Tripped circuit beaker. | Check and reset circuit breaker. Other items should not run on the same circuit as machine. | |
| Water does not flow through unit. | Solution line not fully connected. | Snap quick connects firmly together. |
| No solution in tank. | Check tank and fill if necessary. | |
| Filters clogged. | Remove filters and rinse clean with water. | |
| Heater is blocked. | Flush out with Mytee System Maintainer. | |
| Does not heat properly | Sensor mounted on heater has tripped. | Reset sensor by pushing in button. |
| Heating element failure. | Replace element. |
